Our fully automated Gietart shot-blasting, painting and drying line is at the centre of our processing facility.
The Gietart Sprint 1.6 six wheel computer controlled shot blaster is the first of its kind to be installed in the UK and offers the latest in shot blasting technology.
The line includes a 100 metre long central conveying system which can pass plates and structural material 20 metres long and up to 1500mm wide x 460mm high at a speed of up to two metres per minute.
The water based blast priming and drying system will provide a consistent and even paint finish to the customers coating requirements.
A series of automated conveyers and cross transports link the preservation line to both saws and drills for further processing.
A galvanising service is also available.
Our processing facility incorporates two heavy duty Kaltenbach KBS 1301 DG bandsaws. These computer controlled machines are extremely versatile allowing fast and precise cutting of sections up to 1300mm x 700mm at angles from 90 to +/-30 degrees.
These saws can be used in conjunction with our shot-blasting, painting, and drilling lines to produce fully processed structural sections and hollow sections quickly and accurately.

Our processing facility incorporates a Kaltenbach heavy duty KDX 1215, three axis, 5 tool per spindle, NC drilling system.
This fully automated drilling line is computer controlled allowing fast, precise drilling of up to three holes simultaneously. The machinery is capable of processing NC and other compatible data sent directly from the customers CAD software.
This drill can be used in conjunction with our shot-blasting, painting, and saw lines to produce fully processed structural sections and hollow sections quickly and accurately.
